Hey there! So, we’re kind of obsessed with brunch – we just can’t get enough of the idea of having breakfast and lunch at the same time. That’s where Brunch Corner comes in – it’s like our brunch paradise!
We love brunch in all its forms, and we don’t really worry too much about counting calories. But what we do care about is using the best ingredients and cooking everything in the most authentic and honest way possible.
Oh, and we can’t forget about the coffee – we get it from our friends at Don Gallo Café, and it’s seriously the best specialty coffee out there. Only 2-3% of all coffee produced in the world is considered specialty, and we’re proud to serve it to our guests.
Our story started with a trip to California, where our founder Natalia fell in love with an authentic brunch experience surrounded by friends and family. She brought that same vibe back to Valencia in 2014, and the rest is history – we’ve grown from a small spot in a plaza to opening a second location in Plaza de la Virgen.
And now, we have some exciting news – we’ve opened a third location called Impertinencias! It’s actually located across from the San Bult location, and we’re so excited to bring our love of brunch to even more people in Valencia.
We’re all about serving up a brunch experience that’s just as hearty, delicious, and surprising as the one Natalia experienced in California.
